3 User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when engaging our services; not to use our services for any unlawful purpose; to maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials; and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4 Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all intellectual property rights in custom deliverables created specifically for you under a paid engagement will be assigned to you upon full payment. Our pre-existing tools, frameworks, and methodologies remain our property.
5 Payment Terms
Payment terms for services will be outlined in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise specified, invoices are due within 30 days of issuance. Late payments may incur interest at the rate of 1.5% per month.
6 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
7 Termination
Either party may terminate a service engagement with written notice as specified in the applicable service agreement. Upon termination, you will remain responsible for any fees incurred up to the termination date.
8 Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which our company is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
